Refund Policy

Here at SAG, we understand that life is sometimes unpredictable, and things change. This mindset is at the forefront of our refund policy.

Full refund up to 24 hours before your trip

We issue full refunds if the refund request is made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

 

85% refund on trips with less than 24-hour notice

Because our fleet is listed on multiple rental platforms, it requires alot of manangement to ensure that our cars do not have downtime or get double booked. Any refund request submitted with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a partial refund (85% refund).

When you purchase one of our products, you can be confident that it's been well-maintained and will be delivered to your desired location with care.

24 hours review process for online purchases

All online purchases will undergo a 24-hour review process before the purchase transaction can be accepted. Once the transaction has been accepted, a SAG team member will contact you to finalize the delivery process.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
